Competition is open for all people from any nationality . It consists of Preliminary Round and Final Round.

Preliminary Round ( Online Video Selection)

Final Round

Application Deadline for Finals：2021.01.18

Finals Time：2021.02.19-22

Location: Zhuhai City, China (provisional)

Entry Fee:

* Contestants achieving Third Class Award or above are qualified to enter the Final Round.

* Finalists can choose the above program accordingly.

* If finalist participant more than one class, he/she should pay extra 145 USD/ class.

* Hotel accommodation, meals and transportation are arranged by The Organizing Committee.
